The Impossible 2S rebid after 1NT forcing

After the sequence 1H-1NT (forcing); 2minor--   2S is an 
impossible rebid.  (If responder had spades, responder 
should have first bid 1S over 1H.)  Thus, 

	* 2S can be used to show a very strong invitation 
	     in opener's second suit, and 
	* a direct raise is a bit weaker.
